Mae gan yr RNLI rwydwaith o dimau sy’n mynd ati i drefnu trawsdoriad eang o weithgareddau a digwyddiadau codi arian ar draws Ynys Mȏn a Bangor. Llynedd, fe gasglwyd £14 miliwn er mwyn cynorthwyo i achub bywydau ar y mȏr. Cefnogir pob cangen gan Reolwr Cymdeithasol ond mae amrywiaeth ac amlder y digwyddiadau codi arian yn ddibynnol ar aelodau’r tîm.

Byddwch yn cael yr effaith ganlynol

Mae 8 cangen o’r RNLI yn Ynys Mȏn gan gynnwys Caergybi, Bae Trearddur, Rhosneigr, Bae Cemaes, Moelfre, Llangefni, Biwmarus a Porthaethwy.

Wrth gynnal a chefnogi gweithgareddau codi arian hanfodol yn yr ardal hon, byddwch yn sicrhau fod criwiau gwirfoddol bad achub yr RNLI yn parhau i achub bywydau ar y mȏr.

The RNLI has a network of local fundraising teams across the Isle of Anglesey and Bangor organising a wide range of activities and events which last year raised £14 million to save lives at sea. Each team is supported by a Community Manager, although the range and frequency of fundraising events is determined by the team members themselves.

The impact you will make

There are 8 branches of the RNLI in Anglesey, including Holyhead, Trearddur Bay, Rhosneigr, Cemaes Bay, Moelfre, Llangefni, Beaumaris and Menai Bridge.

You will enable volunteer RNLI lifeboat crews to save lives at sea by carrying out and supporting vital fundraising activity in your local community.

What you will be doing

  • Taking part in and supporting fundraising events and activities throughout the year
  • Attending meetings and collaborating with other volunteers
  • Suggesting, promoting and implementing ideas to raise funds
  • Developing an understanding of the work of the RNLI and being a positive ambassador and advocate
  • Encouraging and welcoming new members and supporters into the RNLI, driving our One Crew ethos
