About us

As an organisation we have made a clear commitment to inclusion. We are early on in our inclusion journey and are still learning. As part of our renewed governance structure for inclusion we want to bring together a group to be a critical friend and help us learn from and share best practices.

The impact you will make

You will help us save lives at sea supporting engagement and delivery of our equity, diversity and inclusion plan which will ensure the sustainability of the RNLI.

What will you be doing?

  • Be a critical friend, providing feedback and guidance on our approach to inclusion.
  • Share best practice from across the sector to ensure the success of the EDI plan.
  • Providing expertise to initiatives as part of our EDI plan to ensure their successful delivery.
  • Attending quarterly meetings to provide feedback and support, along with an external view on our approach to inclusion.
