We are recruiting for Members for our Ireland Committee*
People will always need our help. You could play an important part in making sure we can always be there to answer that call.
We are seeking members for our newly established Ireland Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to provide oversight and assurance to governance and compliance arrangements in Ireland and provide oversight and approval of external reporting.
We are seeking people who ideally, live in Ireland, and who understand the breadth of RNLI activities within the Irish Region.
The impact you will make
This is an important role for the RNLI, working with other committee members to provide governance oversight and assurance on the RNLI’s activities in Ireland. You will be someone who truly champions our One Crew philosophy, through recognising and supporting our volunteer and staff activity.
This is an unpaid voluntary opportunity within the RNLI. Travel and subsistence costs will be reimbursed in line with RNLI policy. Meetings can be attended in person or remotely as agreed, with typically at least one meeting a year held in person at our Swords base.
