About us
The RNLI’s Lifeboat Station in Beaumaris is looking for a volunteer to take up the role of Tractor Driver/Launch Vehicle Driver.
The impact you will make
This role will help us save lives at sea by maintaining and cleaning the launch vehicle as well driving the launch vehicle to launch and recover the lifeboat.
What you will be doing
- Take charge of the launch vehicle and rig during the launch and recovery of the lifeboat for services and exercises under the direction of the Head Launcher, Coxswain or Helm
- Maintain competence under the Competency Framework for the role
- Contribute to the overall upkeep of the station, lifeboats and equipment

What you need for this role
- Strong team working skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Local maritime and RNLI knowledge
- Ability to learn new skills
- Live or work within close proximity miles of the station and be between 17 and 65 years of age
