About us
The Men’s Support Network, aims to create a safe, inclusive and supportive space for all men across the RNLI, with a focus on promoting positive mental and physical health.
The impact you will make
This role will support and lead the Men’s Health and Support Network to open up conversations around men’s health. It will create spaces to hold these conversations and will help to support our broader inclusion plans.
What will you be doing?
- Promote and champion inclusion initiatives for the Men’s Health and Support Network.
- Organise and chair network meetings.
- Set objectives for the network that align with the organisational EDI plan.
- Collaborate with the other people network chairs to promote inclusion across the RNLI.
- Plan and develop sustainability and succession planning.
