About us

The RNLI’s People Administration Team ensures thousands of volunteer and employee people processes are carried out each year, ensuring accurate records are maintained. In a culture of continuous improvement, we’re looking for a volunteer with Adobe Pro experience to support us with improving data collection, reducing errors and increasing efficiency by designing and streamlining the forms we use.

The impact you will make

You will help save lives at sea by making a positive difference by improving the people administration processes used by our volunteers and employees.

What you will be doing

  • Using Adobe Pro software to redesign and streamline existing forms, to improve data collection, reduce errors and enhance efficiency
  • Test new forms to ensure they work smoothly across different devices and environments
  • Champion digital transformation within the team, helping to embed a culture of continuous improvement

  • Excellent IT and digital skills
  • Experience working with Adobe Pro
