About us

The Lifeboat Enthusiast’s Society is a society within the RNLI, to promote support for the Institution by facilitating the exchange of information amongst members, who have a keen interest in various aspects of lifeboats and the lifeboat service, past, present and future.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain Society financial records, following financial procedures and maintaining accurate records of Society financial transactions.
  • Manage all Society income and expenditure, controlling cheque book.
  • Principal contact with RNLI teams on financial matters.
  • Liaise and cooperate with other committee members, RNLI Heritage and other staff, as required.
  • Attend regular committee meetings, and AGM, as required.
  • Respond to Society members, as required
