About Us
The RNLI’s Philanthropy Team fuels every aspect of RNLI lifesaving.
Drowning is preventable and we believe that even one life lost at sea is one too many. Philanthropic gifts support our brave volunteers launch into action, whenever their pagers are sounded, by providing kit and training and vital infrastructure like lifeboats, launch vehicles and station buildings.
The impact you will make
You will help save lives at sea by making a positive difference and enhance our current donor stewardship programme with the Philanthropy Team.
With your support, the Philanthropy Team will be able to personalise the current supporter journey for our mid-level & high-level donors.
By personalising the donor stewardship journey to our valued supporters, you can help make them feel part of the RNLI’s One Crew ethos and help retain their generous support to the RNLI.
What you will be doing
- Work with the Philanthropy Team to help personalise our donor experience by handwriting RNLI thank you cards and envelopes to our mid & high-level donors, who generously donate to the RNLI throughout the year
- Support the Philanthropy Team with their Christmas mailing by handwriting Christmas cards, that are sent to our valued mid & high-level donors

What you need for this role
- Neat and clear handwriting
- Experience with working within a small team environment
- Be highly organised
